Responsible for two or more functions in the three modules of recruitment or training or performance or labor relations.
1. College and undergraduate degree, human resources, business management, management and other related majors;
2. More than 3 years experience in human resources management of enterprises with more than 500 employees, and more than 2 years experience in large and medium-sized enterprises with the same position;
3. Have a solid theoretical foundation of human resource management, be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations, and be familiar with various assessment tools;
4. Have good analytical ability, communication and coordination ability, good writing skills, and understand the operational procedures of human resources management practices;
